I have an order in progress and yet I don't see it in the Orders & Returns tab. Who can I contact?

Can I also have products shipped to other countries?

- Yes, except for a few exceptions.

How much will I pay for shipping to my country?

I forgot to use my voucher when ordering.

- We are unable to deduct a voucher once the order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

Will I be refunded the amount when I return it?

- Yes. The amount of the returned goods will be credited via the payment method you initially chose.

What should I do if the goods are damaged in transit or even missing?

- You must contact customer service immediately.
